These retreats bring together mindful movement, strength-building practice and time in nature for those seeking an active break that balances training, rest and inspiration

Each retreat follows a thoughtful rhythm of Pilates, ELDOA and Yoga sessions — clearly guided, well-structured and adaptable for all levels.

You can join at your own pace and intention, choosing when to move and when to pause.

Between sessions, there’s space to rest, swim, walk or simply enjoy being where you are — alone or in good company.

Whether you wish to build strength, improve posture or simply take a mindful reset, you’ll find a setting designed to support clarity, balance and ease.

What to expect

– Practice in Pilates, ELDOA and Yoga – sometimes dynamic, sometimes restorative
– Active breaks such as swimming, hiking or cycling – depending on location and group
– Time together in a small group – and enough quiet for yourself
– Optional individual coaching sessions (on request, not part of the standard program)
– Regional, nourishing meals and accommodation chosen for comfort and quality

METHODS

Strengthens deep muscles, enhances body control and awareness, and contributes to better posture. It helps you move more efficiently, reduce everyday fatigue, and experience greater ease in your movements.

Pilates

Combines movement, breath and stillness. It enhances flexibility, supports inner balance and helps regulate the nervous system — bringing calm, clarity and focus to your daily life.

Yoga

ELDOA

Uses targeted postures and myofascial tension to create space in the joints. We focus on the spine, pelvis, shoulders and ribs. It relieves pressure on intervertebral discs, improves disc hydration and enhances joint mechanics. With regular practice, ELDOA can help ease back pain and tension, prevent postural issues and deepen body awareness.

Myofascial Stretching

Targets specific fascial chains to improve flexibility, hydration, and glide between tissues. Unlike passive stretching, it requires active engagement and deep body awareness, leading to lasting improvements in posture, mobility, and freedom of movement.

Provides clarity, calm and activation. These practices go beyond physical movement — they invite you to turn inward, restore balance and reset your rhythm.

Breathwork and Mediation

Looks at your concerns in the context of your environment and relationships. It supports you in identifying patterns, shifting perspectives and finding sustainable solutions — professionally or personally.
Upon request, individual sessions are available during the retreat or online
