With a background in business administration, I spent over 20 years working in entrepreneurial and organizational environments shaped by tight schedules, high demands, and predominantly desk-based and mental work Over time, I became increasingly aware of how essential physical balance is for clarity, resilience, and emotional stability. This led me to deepen my work with movement and body awareness. I trained and certified while working and began teaching, developing an approach that integrates body, mind, and everyday life.
Today, I support people in different phases of life in reconnecting physically, mentally, and emotionally. My work combines my experience as a trainer and systemic coach with an understanding of what it means to balance responsibilities, navigate change, and move at one’s own pace. I don’t focus on perfection, but on awareness, exploration, and sustainable change.
Whether in 1:1 sessions, group classes, or retreats, I design movement practices and coaching that meet you where you are. The aim is not performance, but a clearer relationship with your body, your energy, and your rhythm. Everyone starts from a different point. What matters is not where you come from, but how you move forward with what is already there.
Through my retreats, I share what inspires me most: movement, exploration, connection — and the value of taking time for yourself.
