About Rita Arslan
With a background in business administration, I spent over 20 years working in entrepreneurial and organizational structures – in a world often shaped by tight schedules, high demands, and a predominantly mental workload. As my responsibilities grew, so did the pressure, and I became increasingly aware of how essential physical balance is for mental clarity and emotional stability.
Even as a child, I loved being physically active. Movement has always been a natural expression of vitality and a way to connect with myself. Over time, I wanted to give my passion for movement and awareness more space, so I began training and certifying myself alongside my job and eventually started teaching. Step by step, I developed a path that integrates body, mind, and everyday life.
Today, I support people in different phases of life in realigning physically, mentally, and emotionally. My knowledge as a trainer and systemic coach combines with my own lived experience: the challenges of balancing responsibilities, navigating change, and trusting in one’s own pace. I don’t speak of perfection, but of exploration, awareness, and growth.
My offerings are tailored to you and your daily life – with everything you bring along. No pressure to perform, no comparison, but space for growth and a mindful relationship with yourself. Whether in 1:1 sessions, group classes, or retreats, I design movement practices and coaching in a way that meets you where you are, allowing new perspectives to unfold. Everyone starts from a different point. What matters is not where you come from, but how you move forward with what’s already there. This is the spirit that shapes my work: respectful, encouraging, and practical.
Through my retreats, I share what inspires me most: movement, exploration, connection – and the simple joy of taking time for yourself.
