These retreats combine guided movement sessions with time outdoors and room to slow down — creating an active break that balances practice and recovery.
Each retreat follows a clear daily rhythm of Pilates, ELDOA and Yoga, structured and adaptable for different levels.
You join at your own pace, choosing when to participate and when to rest.
Between sessions there’s time to swim, walk or simply enjoy where you are — alone or with others.
Whether your focus is strength, posture or recovery, the structure supports clarity, balance and ease.

The Practice
Strengthens deep muscles, improves control and posture and helps you move more efficiently with less strain in everyday life.
Pilates
Combines movement, breath and stillness. Improves flexibility, supports inner balance and helps regulate the nervous system — bringing calm, clarity and focus to daily life.
Yoga
ELDOA
Uses targeted postures and myofascial tension to create space in the joints. Focuses on the spine, pelvis, shoulders and ribs. Helps reduce pressure on discs, improve joint mechanics and deepen body awareness.

Myofascial Stretching
Targets specific fascial chains to improve flexibility, hydration and glide between tissues. Unlike passive stretching, it requires active engagement and body awareness, leading to lasting improvements in posture, mobility and freedom of movement.
Supports clarity, calm and activation. These practices go beyond physical movement — inviting you to turn inward, restore balance and reset your rhythm.
Breathwork and Mediation
Addresses your concerns in the context of your environment and relationships. Supports you in identifying patterns, shifting perspectives and finding sustainable solutions — professionally or personally.
Individual sessions are available during the retreat or online upon request.
