Terms and Conditions 

  1. Scope
    These Terms and Conditions apply to all retreats organized and offered by Rita Arslan within Europe.

  2. Booking & Payment
    A retreat booking becomes binding only upon receipt of a written booking confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat price. The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat.

  3. Withdrawal & Cancellation
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing. In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the retreat, only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat, the full retreat fee is due. You are welcome to provide a substitute participant without additional cost.

  4. Minimum Participation & Cancellation by Organizer
    If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or in the event of force majeure (e.g., illness, pandemics, natural disasters), the organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat. Payments already made will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded.

  5. Included Services
    The retreat price includes accommodation, movement sessions (Yoga, Pilates, ELDOA), and specified services as described in the retreat announcement. Meals, transport, excursions, and additional services (e.g., coaching sessions) are included only if explicitly stated.

  6. Excluded Services
    Travel to and from the retreat location, insurance (health, travel, liability, or cancellation), and all services not explicitly stated as included, are the responsibility of the participant.

  7. Participant Responsibility
    Participants are responsible for their own health and safety. By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat activities. In case of doubt, please consult your doctor in advance. Participation is at your own risk.

  8. Changes to Program or Venue
    The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, content, or instructors, provided these changes do not significantly affect the character of the retreat. Should the venue become unavailable for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, a comparable replacement will be sought.

  9. Liability
    The organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages occurring during travel or the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or intent. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

  10. Image & Media Use
    Photos or videos taken during the retreat may be used for marketing purposes, unless the participant objects in writing before the retreat starts.

  11. Data Protection
    Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the purpose of retreat organization and communication.

  12. Acceptance of Terms
    By completing a booking and submitting payment, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  13. Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered residence or business address of the organizer in Germany.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

  1. Buchung und Anzahlung
    Eine Buchung für ein Retreat wird verbindlich, sobald eine schriftliche Bestätigung erfolgt ist und eine Anzahlung von 30 % des Gesamtbetrags eingegangen ist. Der Restbetrag ist spätestens acht (8) Wochen vor Beginn des Retreats fällig.

  2. Stornierung durch Teilnehmer*innen
    Bei einer Stornierung durch die Teilnehmerin oder den Teilnehmer gelten folgende Bedingungen:
    – Mehr als 8 Wochen vor Beginn: Die Anzahlung (30 %) wird einbehalten.
    – Weniger als 8 Wochen vor Beginn: Der gesamte Retreatpreis ist fällig.
    Es kann jedoch jederzeit eine Ersatzperson benannt werden. In diesem Fall kann die Buchung kostenfrei übertragen werden.

  3. Stornierung durch die Veranstalterin
    Sollte das Retreat aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Umstände (z. B. Krankheit, höhere Gewalt oder zu geringer Teilnehmerzahl) abgesagt werden müssen, werden bereits geleistete Zahlungen vollständig erstattet. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.

  4. Anreise und Versicherung
    Die An- und Abreise erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung und auf eigene Kosten der Teilnehmer*innen. Es wird dringend empfohlen, eine Reiserücktritts- und Krankenversicherung abzuschließen.
    Die Veranstalterin haftet nicht für Schäden, Verletzungen, Krankheiten, Diebstahl oder Verluste, die während der Anreise oder des Aufenthalts entstehen.

  5. Retreat-Programm
    Das Programm kann je nach Wetter, Gruppendynamik oder anderen relevanten Umständen geringfügig angepasst werden. Alle Kurse und Aktivitäten sind freiwillig und können nach individuellem Ermessen besucht werden.

  6. Teilnahme und Eigenverantwortung
    Die Teilnahme an allen Aktivitäten erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Jeder Teilnehmerin ist selbst dafür verantwortlich, physisch und psychisch in der Lage zu sein, an den Angeboten teilzunehmen.
    Die Veranstalterin übernimmt keine Haftung für Verletzungen oder gesundheitliche Folgen, die im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme entstehen.

  7. Gesundheit und Haftungsausschluss
    Das Retreat ersetzt keine medizinische oder therapeutische Behandlung. Bitte informiere die Veranstalterin vor Beginn des Retreats über eventuelle gesundheitliche Einschränkungen.
    Für gesundheitliche Probleme, die während oder nach dem Retreat auftreten, wird keine Haftung übernommen.

  8. Unterkunft und Verpflegung
    Unterkunft und Verpflegung werden gemäß der jeweiligen Retreat-Beschreibung bereitgestellt. Individuelle Ernährungswünsche werden nach Möglichkeit berücksichtigt, können jedoch nicht garantiert werden.
    Zusätzliche Mahlzeiten, Snacks oder Getränke außerhalb des vereinbarten Angebots gehen zu Lasten der Teilnehmer*innen.

  9. Optionale Leistungen
    Optionale Einzelcoachings oder Behandlungen sind nicht im Retreatpreis enthalten, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben. Diese Angebote können vor Ort individuell gebucht und bezahlt werden.

    Foto- und Videoaufnahmen
    Während des Retreats können Fotos oder Videos zu Dokumentations- und Marketingzwecken aufgenommen werden.
    Wenn du nicht auf Bildmaterial erscheinen möchtest, teile dies bitte vor Beginn des Retreats schriftlich mit.

  11. Geltung der Bedingungen
    Mit der Buchung eines Retreats erklärst du dich mit diesen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen einverstanden.

  12. Gerichtsstand
    Für sämtliche Streitigkeiten aus diesem Vertrag gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, der Wohn- oder Geschäftssitz der Veranstalterin in Deutschland.
